We operate hotels under lease agreements, management agreements or hybrid agreements. We are a partner of international hotel brands and as such we select the most profitable branding for the property. Our experience covers a range of different concepts including: full service business and conference hotels, as well as holiday resorts and extended stay/ boarding houses.

Our hotels typically feature between 100-400 bed rooms/units and our strategic focus lies on countries such as Germany and Austria.

The Wiesbaden office comprises of a solid head office structure where competences in the areas of development, operations, human resources, finance, controlling, accounting, commercial (incl. sales & marketing) and IT support the individual hotels.

In addition, the company and its partners benefit from a lean structure and short ways of communication. Being a medium-sized company allows Bierwirth & Kluth to direct the attention of high level management to individual projects.

The active participation in international hotel associations allows the company to have an extensive network within the industry which is particularly important when recruiting special competencies and general managers.
