In September 2022, Mr. Manfred Lipphard has been appointed as Corporate Director IT for the Information Technology department responsible for all IT related aspects at B&K.

Short vita

• Graduate of GAFA/“Gastgewerbefaschule Wien” - the renowned school for cooking, patisserie, hospitality and tourism
• Trained hotel specialist on various fields of the gastronomy/hotel industry
• After education in 1988 working in different areas of the gastronomy/hotel industry. Experience in F&B (Hilton Plaza Vienna, Berlin), Front Office (Vienna Marriott Hotel) and Reservations/Revenue Management (Brussels Central Reservations Office)
• 1995 further education as subject matter expert of PMS systems and afterwards exclusively working in the IT field of the hotel industry.
• Since 1996 extensive professional experience in various IT positions, responsible for PMS & CRS rollouts in EMEA, IT training, hotel openings, hotel IT operations, hotel IT strategy growth, IT business relationship management (Marriott International, SV Group / SV Hotels)
