In June 2018 Ms. Sandra Syri joined B&K, first as assistant general manager and later as hotel manager. In July 2021, she took over the role of General Manager at the Holiday Inn Hamburg – City Nord. In her function, she manages and leads the employees of the hotel as well as its entire operational and administrative processes.

• Trained tourism specialist with focus on hotel management
• Since 2010 active in different roles in the rooms division area (river cruises as well as hotels; front office, reservations, rooms revenue and accounting)
• Since 2015 extensive experience in F&B and Convention Sales as F&B Management Trainee and later as F&B Manager
• 2018 - 2021 responsible for the operational management of the Holiday Inn Hamburg – City Nord
